Design & Build
We design and build Tier I, II, and III data centre architectures, leveraging industry best practices for availability, energy efficiency, and scalability. Our designs incorporate hot/cold aisle containment, CFD-based thermal modelling, modular in-row cooling systems, and advanced Novec 1230 fire suppression for optimum safety and performance.
Critical MEP Systems
Our facilities are underpinned by fully redundant Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including N+1/N+N UPS configurations, auto-start diesel generators with 72-hour fuel reserves, redundant chillers, intelligent rack PDUs, and fully integrated Building Management Systems (BMS) for environment and energy oversight.

Private & Hybrid Cloud Platforms
We enable digital transformation through secure, scalable private and hybrid cloud environments. Our cloud services are built on OpenStack and VMware vSphere clusters, with Kubernetes-based container orchestration and full support for multi-tenant IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, as well as Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and Backup as a Service (BaaS).
Operations
Our data centres operate with 24/7 oversight via advanced DCIM platforms such as Schneider EcoStruxure and Grafana, combined with ITIL v4-based service desk operations. We provide proactive capacity planning, patch and vulnerability management, and tightly controlled change management protocols to maintain system integrity and service continuity.
Maintenance
We follow a rigorous maintenance regime combining both preventive and curative approaches. Services include thermal imaging, UPS battery impedance testing, diesel generator load testing, and a guaranteed Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) of ≤ 60 minutes for critical failures.
Compliance & Security
We uphold the highest standards of data security and operational compliance, including certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS (Scope A), and adherence to NITA-U data centre standards. Our facilities feature redundant fibre paths, dual power feeds, and robust physical and logical security protocols.
